The Penyos Place
offers various configured and fully furnished accommodations,
with a total service package, for all residents and tenants.
Over 200 apartments are available for renting, which there
are more than ten different types and sizes of rooms, operating
in two buildings for premium and luxurious residents, including
business people.
The Penyos Place has also offered three different renting
options; Daily, Monthly, and Service Apartment, with wide
range of pre-arranged and exclusive services. All the accommodations
and facilities have been uniquely designed and configured,
to best suite all residents, among the great natural environment.

What do you need to pay for:
4. To make a Reservation for
a room, an instant payment of 2,000 baht is required for your
7-day allowance reservation period, and this deposit will
be refundable/deducted when making a rental contract
5. To rent a room, you need to pay a 1-month advance rental
fee plus a deposit, which is vary from the types of rooms
6. The paid reservation fee
is refundable when a resident makes a rental contract
7. For the Rental Contract, the minimum period of the rent-per-contract
is 6 (six) months. If the resident has stayed less than the
specified period, the paid advanced deposit will be expropriated
and not be refundable when ending the contract
8. Only the person(s) who singed in the rental contract will
have the full rights in occupying a room, and as stated in
the contract itself
9. Before signing in a rental contract, please carefully read
all the contents and make sure that you are going to follow
those rules and regulations
